The National Council on Substance Abuse invite persons to take part in this rebranded competition.
Rules:
• Participants must be between the age 0f 9-18
• One Entry per participant
• The Competition Is Not Open To Children of NCSA Staff
• Videos should be no more than 30 seconds
• All Videos Must Reflect The Theme
• No Branded Images of Alcohol Should Be Used In Videos
• No Branded Water Other Than Glacial Pure Should Be Used In Videos
• Story must not be more than 250 words
